Common Parts (nomenclature): Ducts, tubes, manifolds, doors, tailpipes, APU mufflers, other sheetmetal components.
Welding Type: Gas-Tungsten Arc Weld (GTAW) using Argon gas for shielding, MIG Welding available for ground support assemblies
Welder Certifications: Boeing BAC5962, AWS D17.1 and AMS-STD-1595 in positions 1G and 2F
Material Certifications: All welders are certified in positions 1G and 2F for 17-7 Stainless Steel (Group IIA and IIB), Inconel 718 (Group IIIA and IIIB), 6061-T6 Aluminum (Group IV), 6AL4V Titanium (Group VI), Cobalt (Group IV – position 1G)
